It consists of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>central chamber for air preparation;<\/li>\n<li>local chambers;<\/li>\n<li>hygienic chambers;<\/li>\n<li>channel separations;<\/li>\n<li>filter units;<\/li>\n<li>compressor stations;<\/li>\n<li>pumps for maintaining pressure;<\/li>\n<li>glycol exchangers;<\/li>\n<li>hot and cold water tanks;<\/li>\n<li>fire extinguishing system;<\/li>\n<li>electrical cabinet with panels for remote control, <a href=\"https:\/\/invekta.rs\/en\/software-management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>software control<\/strong><\/a>, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The term <strong>HVAC system<\/strong> implies, therefore, the application of numerous <a href=\"https:\/\/invekta.rs\/en\/facility-management-software\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>technologies<\/strong><\/a> for controlling few parameters. These are: hydro and thermo-temperature, cleanliness, and relative humidity of the air.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proper_functioning_of_the_HVAC_system_better_health_conditions_in_commercial_facilities\"><\/span>Proper functioning of the HVAC system = better health conditions in commercial facilities<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To avoid possible air contamination, the <strong>HVAC system<\/strong> must follow strict air-tightness standards, similar to those set in nuclear plants.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_11322\" style=\"width: 1010px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/invekta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HVAC-system-invekta-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-11322\" class=\"wp-image-11322 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/invekta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HVAC-system-invekta-2.jpg\" alt=\"HVAC system invekta 2\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/invekta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HVAC-system-invekta-2.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/invekta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HVAC-system-invekta-2-980x654.jpg 980w, https:\/\/invekta.rs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/HVAC-system-invekta-2-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) and (max-width: 980px) 980px, (min-width: 981px) 1000px, 100vw\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-11322\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: Freepik<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Without this complex system, many commercial and residential facilities would not be able to function because they would not have high air quality.<\/p>\n<p>This especially applies to large buildings without natural ventilation. Like modern business skyscrapers, underground company headquarters, and certain parts of hospitals or laboratories that work with dangerous viruses. Also rockets, airplanes, submarines, extremely fast trains, etc.<\/p>\n<p>In a closed space, it is important to reduce the infiltration of external pollutants. And to purify the air at a speed that corresponds to the size and purpose of the space. Thus, for rooms where there are a large number of people at the same time (theatre halls, nightclubs, etc.) or those where there is a lot of evaporation (commercial kitchens), typically 30\u201350 air changes per hour.<\/p>\n<p>The air is purified by means of an intake and exhaust system of appropriate power and, thermally prepared, is delivered from the central chamber to the local chambers. On this occasion, oxygen is replenished, and air filters eliminate moisture, smoke, dust, pollen, unpleasant odors, carbon dioxide, and viruses.<\/p>\n<p>In this way, nominal air circulation is achieved (even without natural ventilation!) and stagnation of stale, harmful air is avoided. For example, while the cold water in one building of a business facility with a large number of work units is used for air conditioning, the hot water returned through the pipeline is used for heating in another.<\/p>\n<p>The circulator, or pump, in hot water heating systems is used for the circulation of hot water through the distribution network. Hydro heat by means of radiators and hot water coils raises the air temperature in the rooms. And hot water can also be used for toilets.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h5><em>This exploitation of water as a medium for energy transfer for heating (and cooling) is called hydronics.<\/em><\/h5>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The use of renewable energy sources also contributes to economic efficiency and profitability.
