REQUIREMENTS:

• Conversational level of English language (desirable)

SANITATION WORKERS IN FACTORY (m/f)

Workplace location: Vršac

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Number of positions available: 2

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitoring compliance with the work plan of employees across factory sectors.
• Monitoring compliance with work hours and breaks of employees.
• Ensuring proper uniformity of workers and wearing the complete protective equipment mandated by the factory.
• Training newly hired personnel.
• Assigning work tasks to employees.
• Communication with superiors.
• Communication with employees.
• Issuing work tools, stationery, and other hygiene supplies.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

MARKETING MANAGER – all-inclusive role

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing company accounts on social media and developing a strategy to enhance overall online presence.
• Creating textual and visual content for websites and social media (copywriting, content writing, photo-video editing).
• Communication with followers and potential candidates/clients.
• Advertising new job positions in coordination with the HR department.
• Reporting to management on the level of achievement or results achieved on social platforms and Google based on available analytical programs.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Experience working with WordPress and excellent knowledge of the platform.
• Familiarity with all SEO parameters and the latest Google recommendations for improving website ranking on the search engine.
• Mandatory excellent command of vocabulary, syntax (sentence structure), grammar, spelling, and styles of the Serbian literary language.
• Exceptional copywriting skills.

• Candidates with a degree in Philology (specialization in Serbian language and literature and related fields), Political Science (Journalism specialization), and Marketing and Communications faculties are preferred.
• Candidates with a minimum of one year of work experience in a marketing agency or at least one year of experience in a similar position in a medium or large company are preferred.
